When Fitcy Health transitioned from a broad wellness offering to a focused mental health platform, I joined as Head of Marketing to lead this pivotal shift. The challenge was to build credibility in the mental health space and drive sustainable growth. By leveraging data-driven insights, we optimized creative strategies and performance funnels—refining ad channels, enhancing the website journey, and understanding our ideal customer. This focus on precision targeting and a healthy CAC-to-LTV ratio enabled Fitcy Health to scale from 8 to 150 customers within 3 months (MRR of $50k) before emerging as a trusted leader in mental health across the GCC.
